THE HG2 BUY BACK PROGRAM
Are you sold on our side lighting yet? Have you already decided to ditch your inferior side lighting and make the switch to the real deal? You’ve probably already heard about our Buy Back Program! We take imitation side lighting from our competitors (as well as out-of-warranty HG2 product) and give you brand new HG2 side runners for a discounted price. Participating in our Buy Back Program is as easy as it is smart!
STEP ONE
The first step in participating in our Buy Back Program is filling out an RMA form, conveniently located on our website. Along with the RMA form, we just need to see a picture of your current runners. To ensure that your side lighting is included in our program, we ask that your pictures be clear and in good lighting. Whether your lights are broken, beat up, old, or simply out of warranty, we just want to see what’s going on!
STEP TWO
Once we’ve received your RMA form and pictures, we review everything and send you an approval email. Your approval email will detail the process of shipping your qualifying runners to us. Use whichever shipping method you’re comfortable with! Once we receive your product, we’ll process your order and get to the best part!
STEP THREE
Your NEW HG2 side runners come to you at the discounted price of $300! The pair of 62” side runners include a 20 pattern flash controller, and of course, our 5 year warranty. Normally, this runs $599 but by participating in our Buy Back Program, you’ll receive not only a great product at a discount, but peace of mind. No more faulty, imitation runners, just the real deal!
If you’re wondering what happens to your old runners once we’ve received and processed anything, no need to worry. We are always looking for ways to give back, so we’ll recycle those old runners and give the proceeds to charity. We want the best for our customers so we want to take any and all worry out of the process!
