Law Enforcement Liaison “Advance Award for Traffic Safety” for HG2

At HG2 Emergency lighting we are committed to the support and the advancement of traffic safety. We strive to make an impact for a vision of zero traffic crash fatalities in the state of Florida. We do this by serving and protecting the safety of those who serve us: the law enforcement and emergency responders.

In our pursuit to serve the community and partner with organizations that will promote our values, we are premium partners with the Florida Law Enforcement Liaison (LEL)’s events. The LEL is a program funded by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), with the mission to reduce traffic related fatalities and injuries by working with the law enforcement agencies across the state. As a result, boost motor vehicle safety through increased enforcement, reducing overall the number of crashes, and increasing the seat belt usage rate. Traffic enforcement is the number one strategy to decrease motor vehicle crashes, injuries, and fatalities. Above all, making the roads safer. The traffic enforcement initiatives complement all training and public information that NHTSa and FDOT implement to promote traffic safety.

On July 12, 2019 the Florida Law Enforcement Liaison (LEL) Program granted awards in recognition to Traffic Police officers that worked tirelessly on making the roads safer, and other affiliated organizations with the same efforts.
